The OC Spearos, in conjunction with PREP Kitchen – Seal Beach, is hosting a 2 night only cooking class with Le Cordon Bleu Paris chef Elizabeth Whitt.
Chef Whitt will be going over methods to prepare CA Spiny Lobster in such a way so as not to waste any of the animal. Your payment will include the ~3 hour hands on cooking class, a side dish, a veggie, and a dessert.
Classes go from 6pm-9pm
Active membership status to be verified upon registration receipt.
